A message from Melanie Parish, President - Stagecoach Designs

Dear valued client,

You are receiving this email because you have an ongoing project with a paid deposit, an ongoing service such as website hosting, or are listed as a client who has worked with us in the past.

Stagecoach Designs has hit an insurmountable cash-flow crunch that makes it necessary to close its doors.  This is an incredibly painful necessity and my biggest concern has been our clients and our contractors and trying to find a solution that didn't have clients losing deposits or contractors unpaid.  To this end, we have found another high level design company willing to honour our client deposits and complete our ongoing work.  They are incredibly generous to do this, and I am glad I was able to find an option other than bankruptcy that honours the relationships we have had with our clients over the years.

The name of the company is Imagination Plus Inc. (www.imaginationplus.com). They are located in Hamilton, Ontario and have been in the industry for the last 15 years.  The names of the partners are Colin Duetta and Michael Salvatori and they have a team of designers, SEO experts, photographers and programmers.  The three of us will be working together to try to shift all of our projects over to them.

Imagination Plus will honour Stagecoach work deposits and will complete current projects at an hourly rate of $79/hour.  Their regular rate is $95/hour and this will be the rate after your current project is completed.  It is our hope that you will enjoy the experience with Imagination Plus and you will continue an ongoing relationship with them.

Each customer will be required to sign a new agreement with Imagination Plus Inc. for the balance of the work to be completed, and while Imagination Plus Inc. will be honouring the deposit monies paid they shall not be taking responsibility for any prior work done by Stagecoach Designs.

We know your project is of the utmost concern to you and we are sorry we are in this situation.

It is important that we meet with you by phone or in person as soon as possible to insure your project is on track for completion as soon as possible.
